You can activate it via the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel and it comes with five protection levels based on the spam score it gives to each and every email depending on various criteria, such as the recurrence of specific words, the sender, and so on. If you keep getting spam email messages, you can always increase the level or if you are afraid that you may omit an authentic message, you can combine the automated filter with a custom one and redirect all email messages from a particular sender to another mailbox. If you decide that you no longer require an email filter for a certain mailbox, you can deactivate it with only a couple of mouse clicks.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you use a semi-dedicated server package from our company and if you create one or more email addresses with any of the domain names hosted under your account, you will be able to activate the advanced, five-level SpamAssassin email filter that we offer and keep all unsolicited messages out of your inbox. This functionality is accessible through the Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel and it can be activated or deactivated for any mailbox at any moment. You can also change the level of protection with several clicks of the mouse if junk emails still reach your inbox or the filter starts removing genuine messages. As you can choose if the spam should be deleted immediately or delivered to a different mailbox, you can create spam@domain.com, for instance, and check all filtered emails there, so as to make sure that you will not omit an email message that you require. The messages that the anti-spam filter allows to proceed will still be received in your inbox.
