Thanks to it, your VPS will be entered in our custom–built server managing system, which will keep an eye on all the basic processes. And in case of a service trouble, our skilled sysadmins will be notified straight away and they will solve the issue as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of all your hosted content is essential – you never know when something could go wrong. And having ordered the Optional Admin Services offer, you will enjoy every week backups of your whole VPS, not only of your content, without you being required to install or configure anything. What’s more all the backups will be stored on a server with numerous RAID–configured hard disks. Thus your content will always be secure, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Hosting Plan, you have full freedom to install any kind of script or service on your server. Still, some scripts are more difficult to install and may require some extra configuration from you. That’s where our Optional Admin Services solution will come in real handy. It features 30 minutes of installation & problem–solving duties – which means you will be able to literally employ one of our proficient server administrators for 30 minutes and have him help you with the installation process of any software package that you need. And/or have him take care of a problem that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and is an add–on with the KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
